Who operates this dashboard

This private workspace is operated by the S$S - Signature Style dashboard administrators: StrynSSS and MasterDragster21. Contact either administrator through your existing community contact channel about access, corrections, or deletion requests.

Information used

Roblox sign-in supplies your Roblox user ID and basic profile information. We store your ID, username or administrator-assigned label, access status, item assignments, sign-in session records, and administrative activity records. We do not request your Roblox password, email, inventory, or spending permissions. The sign-in access token is used to verify your identity and is not retained in the database.

Authorized community sales reports supply item IDs, names, types, sale dates, prices, revenue, and transaction status. Buyer identifiers may be processed to distinguish sales, but readable buyer identities are not stored in reporting tables or included in viewer exports.

Purpose and access

We use this information to authenticate invited users, enforce item assignments, display sales insights, generate private CSV exports, and record access-management actions. Administrators can manage the workspace and view all tracked records. Other users receive only the items assigned to them. The dashboard does not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.

Hosting and cookies

Cloudflare hosts the dashboard and its database and processes requests to operate the service. Roblox handles authorization on its own website. These providers also process information under their own policies: Cloudflare privacy policy and Roblox privacy policy. Request IP addresses are used temporarily for sign-in rate limiting; they are not written to the dashboard database.

Two necessary cookies support sign-in: a verification cookie lasting up to five minutes and a dashboard session cookie lasting up to twelve hours. They are protected with HTTPS and are inaccessible to page scripts. Signing out or revoking dashboard access invalidates the associated sessions.

Retention and your choices

Workspace membership, sales, and activity records remain in the private database until an administrator removes them or replaces the relevant imported data. Revocation immediately removes access and item assignments; it does not automatically erase historical activity records. Scheduled exports remove revoked users' copies on the next completed export run. Previously downloaded files cannot be recalled.

You can decline sign-in, sign out, or revoke this app from your Roblox account settings. Contact an administrator to request a copy, correction, or deletion of information associated with your dashboard account. The administrators handle those requests; this dashboard does not yet provide a self-service deletion screen.
